Evidently the big Minneapolis Block Party was going on this night. A lot of streets were closed down and people were everywhere. There was some bad 80s band playing on the stage.

And about half of the red stop lights are arrays of LEDs too. The picture over exposed a bit, but you can still kind of tell that there are really a whole bunch of discrete LEDs in there.
